‘intuitive Healing’ uses the physical realm in connection with spiritual energy to aid healing and overall health. intuition is used to guide you through the facilities to restore balance and heal the body and mind. the design’s objective is to bring the individual back into their sense of self and in turn promote inner healing. it is a centre that offers steam rooms, cold plunges, contemplation rooms, tea rooms and an overall sensory experience. it aims to be a space where contemplation and self discovery can be facilitated through a number of spatial planning strategies. in the busy, fast paced technological focused society of today, the importance and need to bring the individual back to their sense of self is prominent. the space offers a place of healing with no distractions, where the individual can participate in a unique sensory experience, shaping how they then interact with themselves and consequently perceive the world around them within current society.
